Message of August 7 was received, stating the Governor read the                
following resolution and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled                
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's Office for permanent filing:               
                                                                               
SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 4                                                       
Requesting the Congress to clarify that the Reindeer                          
Industry Act of 1937 no longer applies in the State
